Jim Sweeney represented Alameda as the 2016 4th of July parade Grand Marshal. Mr. Sweeney road "shotgun" atop the Wells Fargo Stage Coach and was joined inside the coach by his daughters Kattie and Christine, and Jean's sister Betty.
